Mission Trip to Espanola, NM
May 21, 2025
The goal of this mission trip is to raise awareness of the lostness of the world and for the target audience to have an impact in touching the lives of 20,000 youth and 200 staffers at Glorieta Adventure Camp. The work will include helping the camp prepare for the summer activities through clean-up of facilities, light maintenance, painting, and preparing the staff for the summer campers, including teenagers and family members.
Further, the goal will be to make an impact in the Espanola, NM community through helping the First Indian Baptist Church with clean-up, painting, light maintenance, and reaching out to the community. With suggestions from the area missionary of the New Mexico state convention, the group will conduct prayer walks in the surrounding community, hand out invitation leaflets, and prepare for a one day revival in the First Indian Baptist Church. The group will provide a cookout on the church lot, and music, preaching, and testimonies for a one-night revival at the First Indian Baptist Church.
