Formal:

Ladies: White long-sleeve blouse, with a pointed collar, black skirt (street length), tie made of black grosgrain ribbon-5/8 inches wide and 46 ½ inches long, black hose and black shoes.

Men:  Black pants, white long-sleeve shirt, black bow tie, black shoes and black socks, no coat.

Informal:  T-shirts, front:  TABC, Fort worth, TX; back, TRAVIS SENIOR SINGERS.

 

 

 

SINGING ENGAGEMENTS 1993-1994

 

September 12, evening service

October 1-8—Washington, D.C. and New York City, Carnegie Hall

          Choir Outfits were the same with the inclusion of a red bandana with the words “O God our Help” 

October 1-8, 1993, Senior Travis Singers”

 

 

Regular uniform with red Christmas ties. 

December 10—Christmas Pageant, 7:30 pm

December 12—Christmas Pageant, 6:30 pm

December 13—Concert at Town Center, 6:30 pm , uniform same as December 5.

          “Life is a Symphony”, “God’s Garden”, “Wings of an Eagle”, “I Am with    You Always”, “He is Born”, “O come, O Come, Emmanuel”, “Lo, How a

          Rose E’er Blooming”.

January 23, 1994—Rehearsal at 4:30 in sanctuary of all choirs,

Travis, Irving, Waco, and Dallas. 

Concert at evening service at 6:15 pm. Same uniform as Dec.

March 26—Alta Mesa Nursing Center

March 27—Sing at Nursing Homes

April 22—Concert at St. Frances Village 7:30 pm Friday Night

          “Hearts to You”, Rejoicing in His Presence” Book, “God’s Garden”, “Life is a Symphony”, “I Am With You Always,” song my men’s quartet, “The Savior’s Name”, “The Morning Trumpet, (From “O God Our Help”), “O Love That Wilt Not Let Me Go”, Thou Wilt Keep Him in Perfect Peace”, “Like a River Glorious”

          April 23—Broadway Plaza Retirement Center.

May 1—Sing for Senior Day at Travis

 (Uniform: Bright blouse or shirt with dark pants or skirts)

May 7—Sing for Senior Revival Luncheon

May 22—Sing at Westside Nursing Home and Trinity Terrace

June 3—Annual Senior Travis Singers Banquet/Pot Luck Dinner, Talent Show and

                   New Officers Installation.

June 5—Sing for evening service (Uniform:  black and white)
